SnapShooter – Create custom border thumbnails for forum use

SnapShooter is a tool specifically designed for the MacThemes Forums, designed to let users easily create beautifully framed thumbnails that fit in the forum’s dimensions. SnapShooter already comes with 13 borders that are a snap to apply, and more are going to be coming constantly from artists in the Mac community.
