HE, Holland Electro, may offer the ultimate sound system for your iPod. Designed by Marcel Wanders, the new HE components include Pandora, a small wooden side table with integrated woofer; Egg, beautiful sculpted speakers; and Merlin and Mathilda, antennas for sending music from your computer or MP3 player to your speakers. I think they’d look great with the new iPod Nano.

Sure, iPods are sexy, and sex sells.
But when your honeymooning period with iPod is over and you start looking under the hood, you will notice that you’ll have to balance a handsome surface with annoyances: Buggy software for Windows, no sharing of music libraries between your desktop PC and your laptop without third party software, faulty USB 1.1 support.
It’s about time for Apple to get iTunes right, incorporate useful error messages (unknown error is not considered useful) and gain trust in the fact that customers are able to replace batteries. This is not rocket science.
Besides that, iPods are cute.

Don’t know about problems with iTunes and Windows. Haven’t encountered the “unknown error” message, which seems to have something to do with not storing your music library in the proper place. I replaced my iPod battery without too much difficulty (see My iPod is Reborn!). My iPods have always worked seamlessly for me on the Mac.
In any case, the HE Marcel Wanders sound system can be used with any MP3 player or computer.
