DOCUNiUM - Icons based on Minium icon set

Redesigned icons based on MINIUM. MINIUM° is released by Sascha Höhne. I made more than 250 icons and then I contacted Sascha to request his permission to release these icons, because MINIUM° is copyrighted, of course.
