I've been looking for something like this, and I'm mostly impressed, with a few concerns. 1. It's comprehensive, but s l o w 2. Several key reports have either vanished in the evolution from 1.8 to 3.0, or they've been awfully well hidden (eg, Forecast) or crippled (eg, pipeline funnel, which no longer displays specific Opportunities) 3. Can't seen to get "done" items of the Task list 4. On line help is very sparse, and MarketCircle response is slow Caveats aside, I love that this integrates so many pieces of my work life.. so I'm still seeing if I can find solutions to those concerns.
