Remember those ball-and-wooden-stick models of molecules from chemistry class? In Atomic Bonds your goal is to build molecules by placing atoms into the game board. Every atom you place will have a number of empty charges that must be filled by linking it to other atoms. Once there are no more empty charges on a molecule, it vanishes and you get points for it.

That’s easy enough, but there are a host of options to increase the challenge and the points you score. You can race a clock that speeds up every time you succeed, you can attempt to remove existing atoms, or you can try to build the largest molecules you can. If you still want more you can fill the play area with inert atoms that block your placements, limit yourself to building in four directions rather than eight, or place more than one atom at a time.
